- Check that the origin and destination match the places you intended.
- Remember that tolls, airport queue fees and app-booking surcharges are separate from the meter.
- Unexpected incidents can make the actual route or waiting time different.
Send feedback
Include the two places, approximate time of travel, route shown and the estimated versus actual meter fare. Do not include private information you do not want to share.
Coffee purchases
Coffees are optional consumable purchases processed by Google Play. Each coffee adds 30 ad-free days on the device. If a purchase is charged but the benefit is not applied, include the Google Play order number in your email; never send payment-card details.
